1. About us

S3 Global supplies motorcycle tyres, parts, accessories and gadgets to businesses — such as delivery fleets, rental and leasing companies, garages and workshops — and to individual riders. This website provides information about our products and business and allows you to get in touch with us.

2. Using this website

The content of this website is provided for general information. We take care to keep it accurate and up to date, but it may not always be complete or current, and it does not form a binding offer. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Orders

• An order you place is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm or accept your order.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of stock availability, a pricing error, or suspected misuse.
• Product descriptions, specifications and availability may change without notice.
• Where we agree ongoing supply or account terms with a business customer, those agreed terms apply in addition to these Terms.

4. Prices and VAT

Prices are quoted in Bahraini Dinar (BHD). Where value added tax (VAT) applies, it is shown or indicated on your invoice. We make reasonable efforts to quote accurate prices; if a clear pricing error occurs, we are not obliged to honour it and will inform you before proceeding. Prices may be revised from time to time.

5. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due on delivery, and we accept cash, card, or bank transfer. Where we have agreed credit or account terms with a business customer, invoiced amounts are payable by their due dates, and we may suspend further supply while an account is overdue. Title to the products remains with us until payment is received in full.

6. Delivery and handover

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the timeframes indicated, but delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please check your items on delivery and report any shortage, damage or discrepancy to us within 24 hours. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery or collection.

7. Returns and exchanges

Unused, sealed items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are accompanied by the invoice. We do not accept returns of used or soiled items, or of items specially ordered on your request. Where a return is accepted, we will arrange a refund or exchange. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, products are warranted against manufacturing defects only. The warranty period is six (6) months from the date of purchase or up to 12,000 km, whichever comes first. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, punctures, road hazards, improper installation, or damage caused by misuse, accident, or neglect. Claims may require return of the product together with proof of purchase. Some products may carry a separate manufacturer's warranty, in which case the manufacturer's terms apply. This does not affect any non-excludable rights under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Fitment and suitability

Where products are fitted or installed by you or a third party, responsibility for correct fitment rests with you and/or your installer. We may offer general guidance on suitable sizes and specifications, but the final choice of product remains your responsibility. Please make sure the products you order are correct and suitable for the vehicle before fitting or use.

10. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images, design, logos and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to S3 Global and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our branding without our prior written consent. RiderGo and the RiderGo platform are the property of S3 Global and are provided under their own separate terms.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. This does not exclude any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, S3 Global will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business, arising from your use of this website or from the supply of products. Our total liability in relation to any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last revised, and the version published on this website at the time of your order applies to that order.
